Membership Forms
To compete in NLBRA of Michigan events, the following forms are required:
1. National Membership Application
- Complete online at NLBRA.com → Membership → Membership Application
Requirements: - Fill out the online form
- Upload a copy of the birth certificate (for new members)
- Pay $80 membership fee
2. Michigan Membership Form
- Submit to the Rodeo Secretary

Tyler Arena Waiver
Anyone horseback on the grounds of Tyler Arena must complete this form yearly.
